Question 1

A tiny note about language

Accepted Answer

These readings are written the way I actually speak, which means they may occasionally contain well-placed, colorful ‘sentence enhancers.’ Nothing gratuitous, just the occasional strategically deployed shit, damn, or fuck when the stars warrant it. Sometimes ‘interesting placement’ simply does not adequately convey ‘what the fuck is happening in this chart?’

If profanity isn’t your thing, Beautifully Complicated may not be your thing. No hard feelings.

Question 2

What is a Beautifully Complicated reading?

Accepted Answer

It is an interpretive reading of the natal-chart information you provide. I share how I interpret the placements and connections; you decide what sounds like you. The chart gives us something to explore, and you know yourself better than it does.

Question 3

What if I do not know my exact birth time?

Accepted Answer

I'll work with what can actually be determined from the information you have. Some time-dependent chart details may be uncertain when the birth time is unknown.

Question 4

When will my reading arrive?

Accepted Answer

The Quickie and Beautiful Disaster are delivered within 1–2 business days. Whole Damn Sky is delivered within 3 business days. Your finished reading arrives by email as a digital PDF.

Question 5

What can I ask about after I receive my reading?

Accepted Answer

Clarification covers wording, astrology terminology, and interpretations already in the reading you purchased, including reasonable questions about how an existing interpretation may relate to your lived experience. It does not include new chart interpretation, analysis beyond the purchased reading, predictive or fortune-telling questions, or unrelated life advice.

Question 6

How long are my birth details and reading kept?

Accepted Answer

Birth details and our stored copy of your reading are kept for up to 12 months after delivery. Clarification questions remain welcome after that, but you may need to provide your saved PDF or the relevant passage again. Limited order and payment records may be kept longer for legitimate business, accounting, dispute, security, and legal purposes. Stripe and Polsia may retain data under their own policies and obligations.

Question 7

What if something is wrong with my order?

Accepted Answer

If something is wrong with your order, please contact us and give us the chance to make it right. If we made an error, we’ll correct it at no additional cost. If you have a genuine concern about a delivered reading, we’ll work with you to resolve it through correction or clarification where appropriate. If the issue can’t reasonably be resolved, a refund may be issued. Astrology is interpretive, so disagreeing with an interpretation alone doesn’t automatically qualify for a refund. Problems such as a reading not delivered as described, a substantive error, an unusable file, incorrect customer information used despite correct information being submitted, or a duplicate charge will be reviewed for an appropriate remedy.
